Kannur: A CPM worker who was injured in the Pannur bomb blast died. Sherin, a native of Panoor Kaivelikkal, died. He died while undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Kozhikode. Vinesh, another CPM worker who was injured in the accident, remains in critical condition.
The incident happened around 1 am today. The explosion took place while the bomb was being made on the terrace of the house. Sherin’s face and body were severely injured. The palm is completely broken. There were reports that four people were injured in the accident.
The police reached the spot after getting the information and took the injured to the hospital. Vineesh is the son of a local CPM leader.
