Kochi: Forensic report confirms presence of cocaine in the drug case involving gang leader Om Prakash. The report substantiates that a drug party took place in Kochi. Cocaine traces were confirmed in the hotel room where Om Prakash stayed.
Previously, the lack of scientific evidence confirming cocaine presence in the hotel posed a challenge for police. However, the report found traces of cocaine in minimal quantities in the room.
Due to the inability to prove cocaine use earlier, the Ernakulam Magistrate Court had granted bail to Om Prakash. Based on the new report, police will apply to revoke his bail. Police also found that actors Srinath Bhasi and Prayaga Martin had visited the room where the drug party occurred.
