Today is a critical day for actor Siddique in the rape case. The Supreme Court will consider Siddique’s three-month bail plea today. A bench comprising Justices Bela M Trivedi and Satish Chandra Sharma will consider the petition. The petition is coming up for consideration as the 62nd case.
Additional Solicitor General Aishwarya Bhatti will appear for the state. Senior advocate Mukul Rothagi is appearing for Siddique. Siddiqui claims that there is a conspiracy in the case against him.
If the Supreme Court rejects the anticipatory bail plea, actor Siddique will surrender before the Special Investigation Team. It is reported that he will surrender after reaching Thiruvananthapuram
