Thiruvananthapuram: The youth commission has filed a case against Arjun’s family members. The commission has also directed to find the Facebook and YouTube accounts that have carried out cyber attacks and take action. Arjun’s family filed a complaint against the cyber attack.
The Youth Commission directed the Kozhikode Thiruvananthapuram District Police Chiefs to conduct an investigation and submit a report. Ranjith has also been booked for cyber attack against Israel, said the Youth Commission.
Some started cyber attacks on the family by editing parts of mother Sheela’s emotional response on the day the army went out to search for Arjun. The campaign portrayed Sheela’s sister and police officer Hema Malini as a journalist and edited her voice.
The campaign is going on as Arjun’s mother was persuaded to blame the army. The family demanded strict action against false propaganda targeting the devastated family. The Kozhikode Cyber Police has started a preliminary investigation into the incident. The investigation is focused on social media accounts that circulated fake videos.
