Further action will be decided after the inquiry report, No immediate party action against PP Divya

The Communist Party of India has decided not to take immediate organizational action against P.P. Divya. The party previously acted against her in her official capacity as District Panchayat President when lapses were identified. Future actions will be determined after the police investigation report is submitted. This decision was made in the CPM state secretariat.

The party leadership clarified that organizational action would be taken if Divya is found to have committed any lapses. Meanwhile, CPM Pathanamthitta District Secretary K.P. Udayabhanu dismissed the Democratic Youth Federation of India’s (DYFI) stance that Divya should not be distrusted.

Udayabhanu further emphasized that the party fully stands with the family of A.D.M. Naveen Babu. He stated that no matter what organization supports Divya, the party will not accept it. He also said that Divya’s behavior should serve as a lesson for all public workers.
