The policy has strict requirements including training and health insurance for drivers. Online ticket sales will not take place without compliance.
The online policy will also prevent ‘Robin Model’ experiments, which accept bookings under the guise of All India Permits and run like route buses. If you want to sell tickets, you will have to follow the rules of the Motor Vehicle Department.
