Thiruvananthapuram: Footballer I.M. Vijayan is now the Deputy Commandant. Vijayan has been promoted in the Kerala Police with just one day left to retire.
He was promoted to Deputy Commandant after becoming Assistant Commandant in MSP. The promotion is based on contributions to football.
