Former Indian cricketer Kedar Jadhav joins BJP

Mumbai: Former Indian cricketer Kedar Jadhav has joined the BJP. Kedar officially joined the BJP at the party headquarters in Nariman Point this afternoon.

Jadhav, who played for Maharashtra in domestic cricket and Chennai Super Kings in the IPL, was welcomed into the party in the presence of BJP state president Chandrashekhar Bawankule and senior leader Ashok Chavan.

I bow to Chhatrapati Shivaji. Under Narendra Modiji and Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, BJP is doing development politics. With this, I am joining BJP under Bawankula, said Jadhav. This is a day of joy for us.
