Kottayam, Idukki, Ernakulam, and Palakkad districts may also receive light rain in isolated areas.

The IMD also stated that isolated areas in Kerala are likely to witness rain with thunder and lightning, along with strong winds at speeds of 30 to 40 km/h. Thunderstorm-related rainfall is expected to continue from tomorrow through Sunday.
