Madurai: Senior CPI(M) leader and Udumbanchola MLA MM Mani has been admitted to Apollo Hospital in Madurai due to ill health. He reportedly experienced breathing difficulties during the ongoing CPI(M) party congress in Madurai, following which he was immediately taken to the hospital.
Reports indicate that M.M. Mani is currently in critical condition and is being treated in the intensive care unit. Senior CPI(M) leaders have arrived at the hospital. Hospital sources stated that a clearer update on his health will be available only after 24 hours of observation. At present, M.M. Mani is a member of the CPI(M) state committee.
