Thiruvananthapuram: There is no Allpass in 8th class from this time. Minimum marks will be mandatory to win. From next year, minimum marks will be introduced in class 9 as well. This decision in the cabinet meeting has accepted the recommendation of the education conclave.
It was also decided in the cabinet meeting to introduce minimum marks in the ninth class from next year. 30% marks for each subject will be compulsory for the written examination. In the year 2026-2027, the minimum marks will be implemented in class 10th as well. This decision was taken in the Cabinet meeting on the recommendation of the Education Conclave.
