Thiruvananthapuram: Parashala Sharon Raj murder case accused denied the crime. The charge sheet was read out to the accused. The accused told the court that they did not commit the crime. Greeshma, mother Sindhu and maternal brother Nirmalan appeared in court. The prosecution mainly raised charges of murder, kidnapping and tampering with evidence.
The charge sheet was read out in Neyyattinkara Additional Sessions Court. The case will be heard on October 12 for witness examination. Greeshma and Sharon were close. Later Greeshma got a marriage proposal from a well-to-do soldier. Greeshma tried several times to get rid of Sharon, but Sharon was not ready to back down. According to the charge sheet of the police, they planned to kill Sharon with this.
On October 14, 2022, Greeshma Sharon was called home and mixed with herbicide in the potion. The young man died on October 25 while undergoing treatment at Thiruvananthapuram Medical College Hospital. Mother Sindhu and uncle Nirmal Kumar were accused in the case for trying to destroy the evidence.
