Perumpilavu murder; Statement reveals that the crime was committed following a dispute over recording reels

The Thrissur Perumpilavu murder was a result of a dispute over recording reels, according to the accused’s statement. Lisho and Badusha recorded reels with someone Akshay did not approve of, which led to Akshay questioning them. This disagreement escalated into threats and arguments on social media. The police stated that all the accused have prior records, including drug trafficking cases, and they are also investigating whether the conflict was related to drug trafficking.

The murder occurred last night in Perumpilavu, Thrissur. The victim was Akshay (27), a resident of Perumpilavu. Badusha, a native of Guruvayur, was also injured in the attack. The main accused, Lisho, was arrested by the police this morning. Another suspect, Nikhil, a resident of Perumpilavu, was also taken into custody. Including Badusha, who is currently in the hospital, a total of four people were taken into custody yesterday. The other two individuals in custody are Akash and Nikhil.
