Filmmaker-choreographer Prabhu Deva has tied the knot with Himani. The wedding, attended by close family members, took place in Chennai in May, as reported by the media.
According to latest reports, Prabhu Deva has married Dr Himani, a physiotherapist, from Mumbai’s Sakinaka area. They reportedly met when the choreographer and filmmaker was undergoing treatment from Dr Himani for his back and legs, which get sore at times due to his frequent dancing.
According to a report, the wedding happened at Prabhu Deva’s Chennai house and was a very private family affair due to the lockdown rules. The two flew to Chennai in March just around the time when the lockdown began. Thereafter, Prabhu Deva and Dr Himani were in a live-in relationship for 2 months.
There’s been a lot of speculation about Prabhu Deva’s marriage. It started with reports that he was planning to marry his niece. Prabhu Deva was previously married to Ramlatha. He also featured in headlines earlier for his rumoured relationship with south actress Nayanthara.
