Vinci Aloysius’s Complaint Against Shine Tom Chacko Likely to Be Settled

The complaint filed by actress Vinci Aloysius against actor Shine Tom Chacko is heading toward a settlement. Vinci informed the ICC (Internal Complaints Committee) that she merely expressed the difficulties she faced and that she does not wish to pursue the complaint further. Shine Tom Chacko has expressed regret over the matter.

After a discussion, both parties parted ways with a handshake. Both Shine and Vinci stated that they would continue to cooperate professionally in the film industry. The ICC is expected to submit its report soon.

Meanwhile, police proceedings in the drug case in which Shine Tom Chacko is an accused will continue. However, due to a lack of evidence, the police have assessed that there is no need to question Shine again.

The results of the drug tests are expected to take about two months. The forensic analysis of the confiscated phones is also likely to be delayed. Since Shine has informed the police that he is willing to appear whenever summoned, the police have decided not to act hastily.
