Kochi: The High Court has rejected the petition seeking a vigilance investigation in the Masapadi case. The petitions filed by Mathew Kuzhalnadan and Girish Babu were rejected. The order was issued by Justice K Babu. The demand was that the vigilance should investigate the financial transaction made between Exalogy, the company of the Chief Minister’s daughter, and CMRL, a black sand company in Kochi.
