Pathanamthitta: The new darshan method at the Sannidhanam will be implemented from tomorrow. Priority will be given to pilgrims who come with Irumudikettu in the new darshan method. The temple will open tomorrow at 5 pm for the Meena month pooja. The plan is to test the new darshan method by allowing pilgrims to enter from tomorrow.
Those who come without Irumudikettu should climb the flyover near the line for Neyyabhishekam and reach the steps in the old way and have darshan. The first two rows are intended for this. The first row is for the offerers during the pujas and offerings. It has been decided to let only those who come up the eighteenth step pass through Balikkalpura. The new arrangement is such that they get at least 20 to 25 seconds of darshan.
The work on the platform, barricade, and the display boat to separate the people in the queues on both sides for implementing the new darshan method is being completed. Meena Masa Puja will be held from the 15th to the 19th. There will be Udayasthamaya Puja, Padi Puja, Kalabhabhishekam, 25 Kalasham, Ashtabhishekam, and Pushpabhishekam daily. The temple will be closed at 10 pm on the 19th.
