Actor Siddique hit back in rape complaint. The High Court rejected the anticipatory bail plea. Siddique has faced a setback from the court on the complaint of the actress. The actress, who hails from Thiruvananthapuram, complained that she was taken to the hotel room and harassed. A case has been registered under charges including rape. Siddique said that he will approach the Supreme Court with an appeal.
It is reported that the police may arrest Siddique in the context of the high court’s rejection of the anticipatory bail plea. The investigation team informed that they have received strong circumstantial evidence against Siddique.
On January 27, 2016, Siddique reached Hotel Muscat in Thiruvananthapuram at 12 pm. Evidence has been received that Siddique was in the hotel till 5 pm on 28th. Evidence has been obtained that the girl was also in the hotel at the same time.
