A one-year-old boy was brutally beaten by his mother in Alappuzha. Anisha, a native of Mannar, beat her own child. The footage of the child being abused was sent to the father. The young woman says that the person who gave her the promise of marriage is not looking after her and the baby. It is also said that the child was harmed due to this rivalry. Mannar police took Anisha into custody.
Brutally beaten again for ragging in Wayanad. Sabarinathan, a 10th class student of Sultan Bathery Mulankaon Government School and a native of Ambalavayal, was injured. He was stabbed with scissors during the beating. He was stabbed in both the face and chest. The ear is also badly injured.
