Thiruvananthapuram: The police have registered a case against Sreejith, who was protesting in front of the secretariat, for using a microphone against the Chief Minister. The abuse was said through the microphone while looking at the secretariat premises. Sreejith has been campaigning for years for action in his brother’s custodial death. According to the police, Sreejith also used caste abuse.
Sreejith, a resident of Neyyatinkara, decided to continue the strike even after the discussion with the Chief Minister regarding the death of his brother Sreejeev. Sreejith said that although the Chief Minister had expressed his support, there would be no action. The struggle continues again. I don’t know what to do. I am going to continue the struggle. I will continue my hunger strike till death.” Sreejith said after the discussion that he will continue the strike until the CBI takes over the investigation.
