Thrissur Pooram flags to be hoisted today .The whole country will get into the spirit of Pooram with the hoisting of flags at Tiruvambadi, Paramekkav temples and the eight constituent temples. Flag hoisting will take place at Laloor Bhagavathy temple between 8 am and 8.15 am, at Thiruvambadi temple between 11.30 am and 11.45 am and at Paramekkav between 12 noon and 12.15 pm. The last flag is hoisted at Neithalakkav temple.
Pooram flags will be hoisted at various times from morning to night in the eight constituent temples. Flag hoisting will also be held at Kanimangalam, Karamuk, Panamukumpilly, Chembukav, Churakottukav, Laloor, Ayanthol and Neithalakav constituencies. Thrissur Pooram on April 19.
