Thiruvananthapuram Maryanad fisherman dies after boat capsizes. Purayedam Patros (58) died . A six-member group left for fishing at 6.45 this morning. There was an accident when the boat overturned under strong waves. The other victims swam away.
Patros was seriously injured in the fall and was rushed to the medical college but his life could not be saved. The boat belonging to Josin, a native of Pudukurichi, overturned. The body was shifted to the Medical College Mortuary.
