Another attack on TTR. The attack took place on the Bangalore Kanyakumari Express. Two people were taken into custody by the railway police. The reason for the violence against TTE was questioning of ticketless travel.
Ashwin, a native of Kollam, and Ashikh, a native of Ponnani, were arrested by the railway police in the incident. RPF also seized ganja from two youths who were arrested in the incident.
Ashwin, one of the accused, was hiding in the toilet of another coach after pushing TTR when he asked for a ticket. TTRs Manoj Verma from UP and Shammi Raj from Thiruvananthapuram were attacked.
