Yesterday afternoon, M.E.S. Watermelon was bought from a shop near the college. The box of watermelon kept in the kitchen exploded on Monday morning at 10:30 am. When the family came running on hearing the sound, they found the insides of the watermelon scattered.
Along with this, there was a bad smell. Later, the health department and food safety officials of the municipality came and conducted an inspection. A sample was collected from the store where the watermelon was purchased and sent for testing. Watermelon trade is active all over the state with the warmer weather.
