Thiruvananthapuram: Complaint that a young woman fell unconscious during treatment at a government hospital. The incident took place at the Neyyatinkara Taluk Hospital. Krishna Thangappan, a native of Neyyatinkara, became unconscious during the injection he took during the treatment of kidney stone. A case was registered against Dr Vinu on the complaint of the woman’s husband.
The woman, who remains unconscious, is being treated at the medical college. On the 15th, the woman sought treatment at the Neyyattinkara Taluk Hospital. The young woman was injected without any tests including allergy tests.
A case has been registered against the doctor under Section 125 of the Indian Penal Code. Relatives of the woman came forward with a complaint.
