Kollam: A young man who was sleeping in Kannanallur ground died after a mini bus ran over his head. Ponnamma’s son Rajeev (25) died at home in Kannanallur Cherikonam Tekkathil. The accident happened on Tuesday morning.
The accident happened to the young man while he was sleeping on the football ground outside the temple grounds where the festival was going on. After the minibus ran over the young man’s body, he was seriously injured. Following the incident, the driver of the minibus was taken into police custody.
