Kochi: Actor Mathew’s relative died in an accident in the vehicle his family was traveling in. Bina (60) died in Mamala Turuthi. The accident took place when the vehicle overturned towards canal where the construction was going on. The incident took place on the national highway in Shasthamugal.
The injured husband Saju, cousin Biju and wife Susan were admitted to Ernakulam Medical Trust Hospital. Biju and Susan are the parents of actor Mathew. The deceased Beena is the wife of Biju’s cousin’s son. Matthew’s brother was driving the vehicle. He is not injured. The group was returning after attending a death ceremony.
