Actress assault case,Even in the court, her privacy was not protected-Athijeevitha

Responding to the change in the hash value of the memory card in the actress attack case, Athijeevitha said that the fundamental right to privacy granted to her by the country’s constitution was denied. Athijeevitha said that her privacy was not protected even in the court and the judicial inquiry report related to the hash value of the memory card was shocking.

On the social media, Athijeevitha wrote that when such a tragedy comes from the court, which is supposed to strengthen the justice of the victimized person, it is broken by wounded men and arrogant by wounded scoundrels. As directed by the Hon’ble High Court, I have received the report of the judicial inquiry conducted by the trial court into the change in the hash value of the memory card related to my case,Privacy is a fundamental right of a person, but it is a right granted to me by the Constitution of this country, which was denied by the fact that the hash value of the memory card was changed several times. It is frightening that my privacy is not protected in this court.

It is sad that when such misfortune comes from the court, which is supposed to build a fortress and strengthen the justice of the victim, it crumbles and proud wounded men are wounded scoundrels.
