Kochi: After more than a year and a half of legal battles, the KIIFB top official appeared before the ED. Ajosh Krishna, Deputy General Manager of KIIFB Finance, appeared at Kochi ED office at 10 am on Tuesday. The investigation team will question him in detail.
Meanwhile, an officer named Hemant of KIIFB has also appeared before the ED. ED has issued notices to KIIFB and Thomas Isaac as part of the investigation into FEMA violation in the Masala bond case. The officials appeared before the ED while their petitions were pending in the High Court.
KIIFB and ED have been in a legal battle for a year and a half. ED will not arrest them based on the explanation given in the High Court.
