Anand Mahindra congratulates the third Modi government. Anand Mahindra wrote on social media that the new term can prove to be important for India’s development and prosperity. The world’s largest democracy held its largest election in history. Proud to have formed the new government without any hiccups. He also congratulated the voters for exercising their important right of consent through a social media note.

The third Modi government was sworn in. 72 people including 30 cabinet ministers took oath. Suresh Gopi and George Kurien were considered for the post of Minister of State. 72 Ministers including 30 Cabinet Ministers, 5 Ministers of State with Independent Charge and 36 Ministers of State were sworn in. But there is still suspense about their departments. 36 people took oath from BJP. 12 people from allies including HD Kumaraswamy took power. TDP has been given two cabinet posts. There are four women in the cabinet, including two cabinet ministers. Seven former chief ministers also took oath in the new government.

The third Modi government came to power by retaining ten ministers who had performed well in the second Modi government. Amit Shah, Rajnath Singh, Nirmala Seetha Raman, Dr S Jaishankar, Nitin Gadkari, Piyush Goyal, Dharmendra Pradhan, Ashwani Vaishnav and Bhupendra Yadav Kiran Rijiju have taken their place in the cabinet this time as well.
