Meanwhile, the AIMIM leader, who is the fifth MP, administered the oath in Urdu. Jai Bheem, Jai Meem, Jai Telangana, Jai Palestine and Takbir Allahu-Akbar were recited at the end of the pledge. Owaisi took oath in 2019 saying Jai Bheem, Allahu Akbar, Jai Hind.

Criticism is intensifying against Owaisi, who called Jai for Palestine while taking oath as an MP in Parliament. Union Minister Shobha Karandlaje filed a complaint. Karandlaje filed a complaint with the Speaker and the Home Minister demanding action against Owaisi. The demand is to remove Owaisi’s statement from the parliamentary records. They also demanded that Owaisi be instructed to take the oath once again without the Palestine slogan.

Union Minister and Telangana BJP President G. Kishan Reddy also appeared. He said that Owaisi had made a wrong statement in Parliament and it was against the rules of the House.
