Churches Protest as Malayala Manorama’s Ramzan Feature Sparks Controversy Over Religious Remarks

Christians set fire to Manorama in the church. The reason for the huge protest in the churches was that the Ramzan section of Malayala Manorama had accused those who studied the Vedas and the Bible of being immoral.

At the same time, Hindu organizations are also intensifying their protests against the reference to the Vedas. This protest has now gone viral on various Christian groups, Christian channels and social media. Such centers are not only protesting against Malayala Manorami but also calling for a boycott.

Once upon a time, when Mathrubhumi was on the Hindu side in Kerala, Manorama was interpreted as a newspaper of the Achayans who were raised and strengthened by the Achayans of Kottayam. Even today, Manorama’s foundation is in Christian families and Orthodox Jacobite homes.

The growth and development of Manorama’s print newspaper was due to the immense loyalty and support of the Christian community, which has always stood by them. But now Manorama is facing opposition from the same section.
