Boby Chemmanur has been denied bail in the case involving sexual harassment of actress Honey Rose. The Ernakulam First Class Judicial Magistrate Court remanded him for 14 days. Boby Chemmanur, who was arrested the previous day, was presented in court this morning. The court also considered his bail application, which was rejected. Following the court’s order, Boby Chemmanur reportedly experienced health issues.
Boby was taken into custody by the Kochi police from a resort in Wayanad on the morning of January 8, and his arrest was officially recorded by the police at 8 p.m. the same day. He was brought before the court at noon today. Senior lawyer Ramanpillai represented Boby in the court, while Honey Rose’s confidential statement was also submitted by the police.
