Delhi Election Verdict Sends a Message to Kerala; Anil Antony

Delhi: As the counting for the Delhi Assembly elections progresses, the BJP is on track to form the government. While the lead margins have fluctuated at times, the BJP has now crossed the majority mark, making a strong comeback in the capital after 27 years.

Following this development, BJP National Secretary Anil Antony reacted, stating that the Delhi mandate is a message for Kerala. “The people want a double-engine government—that is the message from Delhi,” he said. He emphasized that trust in the central government played a key role and that the verdict signals Kerala should choose the BJP to move forward.

With AAP losing ground in its strongholds, the BJP has taken a significant lead. Party leaders and workers have already begun celebrating the victory. Celebrations have started at the BJP headquarters in Delhi.

Meanwhile, Delhi BJP President Virendra Sachdeva stated that the party’s central leadership would decide the Chief Minister. He assured that there would be no confusion regarding the leadership and that the central leadership would take the appropriate decision.
