Kannur: A female employee has made serious allegations against hotel owner Devadas, claiming that he had misbehaved with her before and that the assault was premeditated. The girl, who jumped from the building while resisting a molestation attempt at a hotel in Mukkam, Kozhikode, has now come forward with shocking revelations after her health improved during treatment.
She stated that Devadas, along with two others, attempted to assault her at night, forcing her to jump from the building to save herself. She also revealed that she had faced inappropriate behavior from Devadas before. Initially, he treated her like a daughter, but his behavior changed, and she had warned him about it.
Though Devadas assured her it wouldn’t happen again, he later sent her threatening messages while she was undergoing treatment, saying, “This is just the first dose for you.” She further alleged that despite her injuries from the fall, they tried to drag her back inside. The attack was planned, as the other staff members had been sent away earlier that day. Devadas, who was arrested in connection with the incident, is currently in judicial remand.
