The car passenger who blocked the path of an ambulance carrying a patient in Kannur has been identified. Dr. Rahul Raj, a native of Pinarayi, is the accused. The police have registered a case against him.

The car continued in front of the ambulance, obstructing it for about half an hour. Rukiya, who was taken to the hospital, died within a short time. It is alleged that the delay in taking the patient to the hospital was the cause of death.
