Thiruvananthapuram: MP and DYFI All India Secretary AA Rahim has protested against the telecast of the movie ‘Kerala Story’ on Doordarshan. AA Rahim said that Doordarshan is being made a factory of hate and Doordarshan is becoming a center of hate propaganda. Broadcasting the film is a challenge to constitutional values. He also demanded that Doordarshan withdraw its wrong position.
AA Rahim said that Kerala Story is a film boycotted by the Malayalis. It is not possible to mix the Malayalis. He also stated that Kerala will defend the move of the Center and the BJP unitedly. AA Rahim also accused that Kerala Story exhibition is intended to divide the religious groups of Kerala and promote Islamophobia.
The Sangh Parivar is making the media, who have bowed down to power, the brand ambassadors of the Kerala story. He said that Kerala should unitedly boycott hate and hate films and that RSS is trying to create communal divisions when the Lok Sabha elections are around the corner. Kerala is a land that keeps RSS and BJP away.Kerala is not a land of hatred but a land of friendship. Kerala is a land where temples and churches have a gateway. AA Rahim added that today will be the worst day for Doordarshan.
