FEFKA has made serious allegations against the Hema committee report which studied the issue of women in the film industry. FEFKA’s General Secretary B. Unnikrishnan raised the allegations in the press conference. B. Unnikrishnan alleges that the report was prepared without listening to those who should be heard by the committee.
FEFKA’s earlier position is that the names mentioned in the Hema Committee report should come out. As a trade union, FEFKA has been criticized in the Hema Committee report.
