During the 24th Party Congress in Madurai, CPI(M) state committee member and former minister M.M. Mani experienced discomfort on Thursday night. He was then admitted to Apollo Hospital in Madurai, where his health condition has shown improvement.
He has been shifted from the ventilator to the ICU. Doctors, after medical examinations, stated that he had heart-related complications but his condition is now stable.
