He had celebrated Diwali of 2014 with soldiers in Siachen and since then every Diwali has been celebrated near the border with security forces. In 2019, he went to celebrate Diwali with soldiers at Rajouri near LAC.
Leading on the Opponents
The opposition, which is besieging the Prime Minister on the issue of China, is also worried. The way the PM himself has taken a front against China with the jawans going to the advance front, after that the siege of the government by the opposition seems to be failing. On the domestic political front too, the government has gained an edge.
