Japan Drinking Water Project Pipeline Bursts in Kannur, Flooding Several Homes

Kannur: A burst in the Japan Drinking Water Project pipeline has caused water flow into several homes. The pipeline burst occurred at around 8 a.m. in Kannur. Following the incident, water flooded several homes.

The pipeline burst occurred at Panniyottu Moolay in Sreekandapuram Kottur Malappatt road. Within moments, the sudden surge of water turned the road into a river.

The water flow reached several homes in the area, and a large amount of water was wasted due to the burst. Efforts are underway to repair the pipeline.
