Thiruvananthapuram: Jesna’s father James Joseph filed an additional affidavit in the CJM court, claiming that Jesna Maria James had Rs 60,000 with her when she left home and that the CBI should investigate the matter. Such a huge amount was not paid by the family. The father also demanded that the CBI investigate the source of this money, which the sister accidentally saw.

According to the affidavit, DySP Chandrasekaran and civil police officer Liju collected Jesna’s blood-stained clothes from the house. The police took Jesna’s 3 personal diaries, phone and notebooks from the house. These things were not mentioned in the CBI final report. Jesna had called some acquaintances from her father’s Android phone. Later these numbers were deleted. These numbers must be retrieved.

CBI did not investigate some areas. The lottery seller said he had seen Jesna but was not questioned by the CBI. If Jesna’s friends and roommates had been interrogated properly, more information would have been obtained. The additional affidavit demanded that the CBI investigate the case for another six months and investigate the matters raised by the family as a complaint.
