In the tragic fireworks accident at the Veerarkavu Temple in Nileshwaram, Kasargod, the death toll has risen to five. Rajith (28), a resident of Kinavoor, succumbed to his injuries while receiving treatment at a private hospital in Mangalore.
The other victims who died from burn injuries include Shibin Raj from Cheruvathur, K. Biju (38) from Kollampara in Karinthalam, Ratheesh, a salon owner from Kinavoor, and Sandeep (38) from Choyyamkode.
