Complaint that KSFE customers in the Chooralmala disaster area of Wayanad have received a repayment notice. The notices were received by P. Saujath and M. Minnath. KSFE explained that the notices were sent through an automatic system.
Meppadi branch manager KA Thomas said that the bank will not immediately collect money from disaster-affected customers. However, earlier, it had instructed not to collect EMIs from disaster-affected customers.
