The police arrested a madrassa teacher in the case of trying to sexually assault a minor girl in Mananthavadi. Edavaka Kammom K.C. Mananthavadi police arrested Moitu (32). The abused child complained at home and the family informed the police.
SI Jhansi Mathew came and recorded the detailed statement of the child and registered a case against the young man for rape and under POCSO Act. The boy has stated that he had misbehaved with him before. The accused was produced in court and remanded.
