Tamil Nadu: Two youths from Malappuram died in a road accident on the national highway in Dharmapuri. The deceased were identified as M Binshad (25), son of Ibrahim-Sulaikha Thavalangal couple, Perinthalmanna Ramapuram Meledath, a nurse in a private hospital in Bengaluru, and Namshi (23), son of Kabir-Hasnath couple, Nursing College student, Thirur Payyanangady Machincherry.
The accident happened when an out-of-control car hit a bike parked near Dharmapuri Palakod on the Bengaluru-Salem highway. Binshad and Namshi were returning home from Bengaluru with their friends on two bikes on Friday morning.
When the bike stopped on the roadside to drink tea, the car went out of control and hit both of them. Both died on the spot. The bodies were shifted to Dharmapuri Government Hospital Mortuary.
