As the Lok Sabha election results are out, the UDF is making inroads in the state. The LDF is down by one seat while the NDA is ahead by two. In Thiruvananthapuram and Thrissur, NDA and Congress leads are changing. The lead in both the constituencies gives good hope to the NDA.
In Thrissur, Sureshgopi is ahead with 23,438 votes while LDF’s VS Sunilkumar is second in Thrissur and UDF’s K Muralidharan is third. Meanwhile, in Thiruvananthapuram, NDA candidate Rajeev Chandrasekhar is leading by 1646 votes.
UDF candidate Shashi Tharoor is in second place in Thiruvananthapuram. LDF candidate Pannyan Ravindran is at the third position in the constituency.
