Thiruvananthapuram: A newborn was found dead under mysterious circumstances in Thiruvananthapuram. The baby was the child of a woman from Karnataka, who worked at a beauty parlour in Kazhakootam.
The woman, who was unmarried, had recently joined the beauty parlour in Kazhakootam. She had left work the previous day due to feeling unwell. When her colleagues arrived at her room, they found her in labor and bleeding.
Both the woman and the baby were rushed to the S.O.T. hospital, but the newborn was declared dead. The Kazhakootam police have registered a case of unnatural death and are investigating the incident.
