Kozhikode: The court has remanded Mohammad Shuhaib, the main accused in the question paper leak case. Shuhaib, who is also the CEO of MS Solutions, was remanded by the Thamarassery First Class Judicial Magistrate Court.
The police will file an application on Monday seeking his custody for further investigation. Meanwhile, the bail plea of Abdul Nasar, a peon at an unaided school in Malappuram, who allegedly leaked the question paper to teachers, was rejected by the Thamarassery court today.
