Search for Arjun to Resume Next Week, Final Decision Expected Monday

Bengaluru: The search will resume next week for Arjun, a Malayali truck driver who went missing in a landslide in Shirur. The final decision regarding this will be taken at the meeting held at the Karwar Collectorate on Monday. It is also reported that a large dredger for the search may leave Goa port on Wednesday.

It is reported that it will take 30 to 40 hours to reach the landslide site at Drudger Shirur from Goa port. Bring the dredger on the tug boat. The initial assessment is that the weather is favorable at present. There has been no rain in the Gangavali River catchment area for the last four days. The district administration has instructed the dredging company.
